Working as part of City of York Council Public Health Team, I have been working in the substance misuse field for over 21 years and now work as strategic lead for substance misuse with a special interest in developing Recovery here in the City. I am a friend of recovery and feel that recovery is not only good for the individual but also good for all of us, the more we develop and grow the supportive community of recovery the more we all benefit.

Andy Ryan

The representative for Changing Lives who act as treasurer for the group. I am the Manager of the community abstinent programme and believe that whilst there is always more than meets the eye with everyone we meet, compassion and community are vital ingredients in the healing process for anyone and all who are affected by addiction.

Carol Thomas

Pam Wallace

Helen Cox

John Cooper
